What costs extra?
Photos and video almost everywhere, and the way up at Mürren.
Photos and video
40 CHF at AlpinAir, Paragliding Interlaken GmbH and Airtime. Others sell them too, without a price on their page. You buy them from the pilot after the flight.
Getting to Mürren
Not included on either flight. Airtime's page says the journey is free with a SwissPass and discounted with other travel passes.
The cable car
Not included with Switzerland Paragliding. Airtime needs no extra ticket from its meeting point to the take-off.
After you land
Beatenberg flights land in the centre of Interlaken, with no further transfer. Mürren flights land at Stechelberg, and Airtime does not include the transport from there.
Food
The day trips leave out food: lunch from Geneva, food and drinks from Zurich.
Is a tandem flight in Interlaken worth the price?
That's yours to weigh: from €196 for 10 to 20 minutes in the air, and at least an hour and a half in all.
Why is the price given in euros?
These are the prices GetYourGuide showed us in euros, rounded up. The price you pay is the one it shows at checkout.
What does a flight cost in Swiss francs?
We did not convert prices. The Lauterbrunnen tourist office lists Airtime at CHF 199 for a normal flight and CHF 299 for a double.
Can you get your money back if the weather is bad?
All 11 flights can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before. If the operator cancels, the rule is the flight's own: AlpinAir refunds in full and Noahinair moves the date or refunds, but the Geneva day trip refunds only the flight part.
